I'm a loyal customer who's very dependent on my family transportation due to the fact that my wife and son has a disability.
On two occasions I took my vehicle's to be service I was cheated to first time and they blamed me and did not honor the warranty on their work by not communicating with me about my wife car. I had to pay for the same job twice. We were robbed by your company. Then just this past Saturday I took my car to another location just for a simple oil change and they tried to tell me that something was wrong with my oil pan and it can cost $700+ dollars to fix it and I have the paperwork to prove it. It's sad all I need is 1 place I can trust to take care of my car repair needs. I called twice customer service and the Corporate office with this complaint and no one returned our call yet. This is how people with disabilities are treated by this company. Is their someone in this entire company that cares about people with disabilities and their customer service needs.
I will find someone who will return my calls on this matter.
