I am a long time subscriber having trouble solving a problem with the Desert Sun. A couple of weeks ago I contacted DS customer service to correct what I feel is an error in my billing. The person I spoke with told me she would have her supervisor get in touch with me. Several days went by with no response so I sent an e-mail to the Desert Sun. I received an e-mail response saying that an account mgr. would get back to me ASAP. Once again I waited a few days but no contact so I sent another e-mail. A lot of time has gone by and so far no one has gotten back to me. Very poor customer service. I'm considering dropping the Desert Sun.
