I am writing to complain at the appalling customer services provided by O2. I have been an O2 business customer for more than 10 years spending in average £2-3k per annum.

I have 5 lines on the account. I recently tried to upgrade two of the lines on tariffs with Iphone 5c phones. After 4 filed promises to call back as recently as yesterday 4pm, three time being taken through the new Business agreements (30 minutes each), not receiving multiple emails from Business team, orders being taken with no stock of phone and no call back or response when no phone for 10 days.

What sort of organisation is this – Do you want the business?

As recently as Friday 18/9 I was promised a call back on 21/9 after 4pm to update me on phone stock or to try to offer alternative phone.

I am left to wonder if O2 treat all customers like this or have I been incredibly unlucky?
