My wife suffered a stroke on February 20th and has been hospitalized at your facility in Palm Springs, CA since that date. We were able to see her prior to the COVID-19 shutdown and now we are trying to keep in contact with her through video chatting using a tablet that i dropped off at the hospital. The problem is that the hospital was not prepared for this by having a strong, wide reaching wifi system and by training your staff on how to use the major video chatting software or by having one person available to help connect patients. My wife is not to the point where she can do this herself. Being separated is a very stressful situation and is not good for patients recovery. Please help patients and families to maintain contact.
