I am writing in again as I didn't get a reply to my last email I am writing in to complain about I cant book a delivery slot I am disabled and have a walking issues and some times I have to use a wheel chair and I need to have my shopping delivered I want you to sort out a delivery slot I like my shopping on a Thursday and need a slot on Thursday 23 and Thursday 30th of April I tried ring the free phone numbers and you get a record message and then the line goes dead I need you to sort some think out for me many thanks
