Im a retired teacher and a non gun owner who has been following the issue and writing my PA legislators. We are the majority in America. Only 30% of adults—3 of ten— own a gun, and 69 percent of adults do not, a fact by a Pew Research survey in April 2017. Two days ago, the Harvard CAPS Harris poll shows 61% of adults favor a ban on assault weapons, including the killer AR 15. As you know, other polls are higher.
Hopefully, other vendors and some gun manufacturers will follow your lead. We need to make America safer. Your decision and your franchises popularity will spread the word quickly to young and old alike.
I will be much more likely to buy my outdoor gear at Dicks from now on. Thank you!
