Complaint against Booking of Toyota Corolla Gli at
Toyota Gujranwala Motors Pakistan
• That I am a reputed businessman of 66 years of age and belongs to Gujranwala Pakistan, and I submitted a booking of Toyota Corolla Gli 1300 cc against Demand Draft in favor of Indus Motor Company Ltd for/- pak rupees through Bank AlHabib Limited, WECHS Brach, in the first week of November2016.
• This booking order was placed with above mentioned dealer i.e. Toyota Gujranwala Motors, Gujranwala Pakistan.
• I was refused by the said dealer for booking of car on the claim that I have already purchased/booked a car with Toyota Indus motors, being alleged policy of the Toyota Indus Motors Pakistan that no person can be sold more than one units.
• That after this refusal I was suggested strongly by the said dealer to buy a car from the stock available at Toyota Gujranwala Motors, by paying huge amount as own/black money which is over and above the INVOICE VALUE of the unit.
• I refused to purchase the car in this manner and insisted for my booking which I accompanied with manager Bank WECHS Branch again presented manually on 23/12/2016, at the said dealership with the request to book my car or refuse in written.
• That till today neither my order has not been placed for booking of car nor my booking has been refused in written. This attitude clearly reflects the malafide intentions of the said Dealer just to earn the black money on sale of vehicles and this way of dealing in not only against the principals of fair marketing but also damaging the repute of the company Locally.
• That my money for purchase of vehicle has been preserved in the name of Toyota Company (Indus Motor Company Ltd) for three months. Till now I should have been delivered the vehicle as the time from booking to delivery of Indus Motor Company is three months period,(this very facts can be verified from the Bank DD date). It is been inferred from the above narrated facts that all these wrongs are done by the Toyota Indus Motors Pakistan because all the wrongs carried out by the agents are presumed to be the acts of The Principals. It is therefore hoped that my grievances shall be redressed and my submissions shall be given due consideration for the benefit of the company and Customer Care as well.
