That is my contact number even though I prefer email. I am contacting you in regards to your billimg. I was made to think that I was paying for my service on a yearly basis only to find out that I have been getting auto billed every 3 months in the amount of $54.98. her I am thinking I was paid up for the entire year of 2016. I have contacted your customer service department. They were polite and helpful. I have since cancelled my account. I DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUSINESS ANYMORE. It's not ok to just renew a customer without notifying them. I was not made aware that this would happen. You all can send me emails to purchase things but can't notify me when you are about to go into my account!!! This was a company I trusted and liked. I feel cheated now. Going forward I am going to pay all my bills via US MAIL !!! No more trusting folks with access to my account. I've been with you for a fairly long time What happened to businesses that gave a dam?????
