That is my issue. The technition Samsung sent to complete the recall broke my washer. The home appliance technical support team is not taking care of it. I have been without a working washer for a week. I live in Atlanta Georgia there is no excuse for Samsung to leave me with a non functioning washer and not getting a repair man out here the same day or next or next.
It is a disgrace for a company to treat is customers this way.
It is a disgrace that you cannot forward this issue to someone whom can actually assist me.
I will post this responce on Facebook and continue to tweet until this is resolved. Maybe the absolute public humiliation and the negative advertisement motivate samsung to address and resolve this immediately.
