That terrible woman's voice you use to answer your "trouble shooting" calls should be modified at least. Perhaps you could give customers a choice. Her cloying tones (that sound condescending) put me into a bad mood every time. Lucky for you that your real people are so excellent. Get rid of that woman's voice! Too many companies use her, and she is cutting out jobs for people. Some companies have tried to lower her voice. But the real issue is the cloying voice itself. She sounds like she is representating some kind of "gentlemen's club." UGH.
Your excellent tech people deserve more professional representation. Your sales people would benefit as well. Thank you for your attention to the modern technology in this area. There are better, more profitable (marketing) ways to go. I know others who are irritated by the current voice, but they are not likely to write to you.
