The care above has a reoccurring fault with the petrol gauge. The car was serviced 11 the October and returned with exactly the same fault. This unacceptable and I made contact with the service team. The next time the car can be looked at is 14th November. I feel this is inappropriate for a fault with the car, I am unable to see the amount of petrol in the car therefore presenting danger.
I feel the lack of appointments is not good customer service. I was offered 18th October however I am away on business that day and therefore could not accept the appointment.
please can the fault be investigated any time from 19th October. The fault has made me think twice regarding purchasing a Renault car in the future. the current car is only 2 years old and has a fault which was not rectified via a service.
