The Customer Care Rep (Ann) told me...Quote ."no matter how many times you ask for my Supervisor its not going to happen" What kind of Garbage is that?
My Brand New 2014 Street Glide Special has rusted stainless upper fork covers. A Definite Lack of Quality and Workmanship. After Speaking to Harley Davidson Support, I was Told by Ann, that this is cosmetic and will not be covered under Warranty. The motorcycle did not break.....it came like that! If I wanted rust, I'd have bought an old used POS. I am as disappointed in the Quality and Service from the Parent Corp as my Wife is PISSED. Mitchell
