We had 4 people lined up to put together the set on Saturday, May 30th, 2015.
We did not relieve the bolts!

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
We DID NOT receive the bolts,and therefore,could not put the swing set together. We had 4 people lined up on Saturday to put the swing set together for a gathering on Sunday. We asked the company to overnight the bolts to us. The representative with whom we spoke with said we should get the bolts by Wednesday. The follow-up email stated that we should get it within 3 to 5 business days.
We were offered a telescope for our troubles. Seriously!! How ridiculous! Spend the money you would spend on sending us a telescope and overnight the bolts to us !!!
