The FAs on this flight were nothing but the best. Shout out to the 1st class FA who in spite of a difficult flyer, handled everyone with professionalism. Someone was told by various people at the gate and in the jetway that her bag would need to be gate checked. She steamrolled through them and took the luggage on board anyway. Lo and behold it didn't fit. Then steamrolled her way against the path of passengers trying to board. She was informed to please wait until everyone else boarded, then said "I do this all the time. What's your name, you're being rude."
That's not what I gathered or anyone in my party of 4 adults. I caught her name in the introductions, its something along Tris. She and the other FA are part of why I fly united and their partners.
