The following is an email I sent to your local branch earlier today -- to Miranda Lester -- regarding 5/3's overture to us to refinance our mortgage with 5/3:
"Ann and I have discussed the latest set of new documentation 5/3 is now requiring even though 5/3 initiated the process of contacting us to refinance our mortgage on our home. Despite 30 years of being banking customers with 5/3, we have come to the conclusion from all the hoops and hurdles, some duplicative regarding refinancing, that 5/3 is in fact not interested at all in having us as customers any more.
This being the situation, we are demanding the immediate return of all documents we have sent you and 5/3 since we started down this "refinance" road these past few months. We are no longer interested in refinancing with 5/3. We will instead look into and pursue other opportunities elsewhere.
