The Marriott has gone down hill, last couple times I visited and the credit card is a horror show, I been a member since 1993. They offer me the premier card. I said ok. But I told them I recently moved. They mailed my statement to the wrong address and was rude about it charged me late fees, hmmm. Very sad that this is the new Marriott. Cut throat, I reckon.
