The representative for Mr Larry Hutchinson President and CEO of Toyota Canada told me a mans word did not mean anything, that I should have it in writhing in the contract at the time of sale. I was taught that a mans word was a true bond and meant something. I guess I was wrong. What do you think, is a mans word meaningless ? This is in reference to purchasing a vehicle from Acadia Toyota in Moncton, New Brunswick Canada.
