I am having difficulty receiving a refund for an auto insurance policy I canceled with The Hartford. I have spoken with two different representatives in Billing and have been unable to resolve the problem. I intend to send a letter to the Billing Supervisor and want to send you a copy. Would you kindly provide a mailing address to which I may send the copy or, alternately, a fax number? It would be greatly appreciated.
