What kind of Business are you running? I received one of The Hartford's Letter with Pre-Aprroved Status Card in the mail. I called to get a quote on Oct 19th 2018 to get quote on the two new cars I was buying. Since Oct 19th, I have received no less than 8 emails with 6 different quotes of $2156, $2096, $2206, $2156 again, then $2206 x3 again from Kristina, then the $2344, also got 2 quotes via phone I wrote down on Letter all different from the emails, then on the 25th quotes via a Chat with Kristina and I quote her "That would bring your annual total to $2206.00". Then immediately after that another chat line rom Kristina:"Unless you pay in full for the year. That would make the $2206.00 drop to $2086.00". I printed these Chat quotes out
BTW. But when I tried to access and purchase via email Kristina sent me, it would not allow me to do it and locked me out. Then when I called back to get unlocked the person on the phone gave me another quote of $2344. Would be glad to share all of these with you if you want as attachments to email? Not how you win friends and get customers back. I'm with USAA currently.
