Good morning,

Our agency has been wirh The Hartford for many years and have decided to terminate our relationship due to a lack of response and The Hartford's total lack of concern for our agency.

We are a small medical group consisting of 1 full time staff, 1 part-time, and 1 contractor.  Therefore, I questioned why The Hartford continues to estimate premiums near $1000.  Additionally, we don't require workers compensation in the state of SC for less than 4 employees. However, it was something wenxhose to have. I had ask Ms. Mccormick to hold off on deducting the estimated premium due to the impact it would have on our payroll. She moved ahead without communicating to us and then advised that after the audit the difference may "possibly be refunded.  I was advised that her manager would phone me back 2 days ago which hasn't been the case.  I reached out to Me. Engle requesting a call back. This has not occurred.  Therefore, I am reaching out to you regarding this matter. We need our funds returned and our policy terminated which I had advised Ms. Mccormick.  Mccormick is not a person with integrity and demonstrate a lack of regard for small businesses like ours working to survive during these difficult times.
