I am extremely distressed that my auto claim was paid by my insurance with you and not by the company of the person who hit my car. Mr. Corbin, my customer service person, told me that even thought there was a police report and obvious damage caused by the other car a mediator deemed that there was no fault. This was NOT a no fault accident. It was the other persons fault as is shown by the police report and the position of the damage on the vehicles. If my car was as fault, we would have had to be driving backward down a busy street to cause it. This arbitrator was not interested in facts. Now my premiums are sky high. If you are not the correct person to who this should be sent please forward to the correct person.
