I am having issues with your STD department. They are absolutely the worst. I had covid and have been trying to get the rep's supervisor to call me back bc the rep is not worth the time of day. And I am now experiencing the same issues with the supervisor. I have left several messages and to no surprize I am getting no response. So I am contacting you to see if you care enough about us little people to help get fire under your peoples feet to take care of us little peons.
