There was bad weather in my area 7/31 and my cable has been out every since. I have called direct 3 times and 2 of the times the supervisors were rude just did not care. And I am being told it will be 8/5 before a tech can come out, that is not a good look for Direct Tv, when everyone in my neighborhood who's service was out is now up. I am so unhappy with your company and will be contacting the BBB.
