Hello Mr. Casper,
I would like you to know why I'm a very happy customer of Thermo Fisher Scientific. It's because of a special sales rep, Tami Smith, who went out of her way to provide exemplary service to us, over and beyond what is expected. To be brief, please let me explain. My lab was going through an AIHA audit of our Micro Lab and we were missing a quality assurance certificate for some sterile sample cups that we use. The auditor told us to get it by 10AM this morning or it would become a deficiency of record. I informed Tami of this yesterday at 4 pm. At 7:20pm she informed me of her contacting Thermo China for the needed info, meanwhile working on a backup plan to order replacement products with certificates, if necessary. By 5:50AM this morning she emailed me the needed paper work! She deserves employee recognition of the highest regard! I will remain a ultra satisfied customer for as long as she remains our Fisher representative. She would serve your company well as an example for all to follow! Thank you.
