This email may not be a happy one but I know who I am writing it for would have wanted it to be sent.
My grandad passed away in late January of this year and I have been informed he sent a letter to either you or a former Sony ceo I'd just like to say thank you as you have him the freedom to do what he wanted any time of day whenever he wanted and made him feel young again this made him very happy and brought a smile to not just my face but my family too to see the joy it brought him he was playing on PlayStation from 1995 until the last day he was able to lift the remote so I would just like to say thank you for doing that it means a lot and also say he's the reason I play ps4 to this day. I know he will be missed and is a shame to have lost a family man and a loyal PlayStation supporter thank you for having the time to read this. Yours faithfully,
