This evening Dec 18th I was waiting for a call at 6pm. from a person by the name of Dana Purnell for a previous free 15 min. call I had setup with AFLAC because I want to take out disability ins and time is running out for open season with third party vendors; I work for the fed govt. Anyway, this person did not call. I wrote this person an email. But I was frustrated and used the word pissed within my email to this person. And now this person said she/he refuses to do business with me. Just want to let you know about this and I still want to take out disability ins. with AFLAC
