Robert sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:
This is a message of complaint. I have purchased a Gas Range for approx. $1700.00. There have been two confirmations of delivery and installation and still no range. I have taken days off of work to remain home to accept delivery and installation. I called on the first delivery date and was told that delivery was behind schedule. Please note I CALLED. I was told that I should re-schedule, I did. Today was suppose to be the day and a four (4) hour window was given. This time I did not call and I have not received a call o information relative to my delivery and installation. This is my first purchase with installation from your company. You imagine how satisfied I am. Any future purchases will be with much deliberation. This has not been a very pleasant experience.
