This is about my Mile High Order Number 1778810. I returned the comic book by tracked delivery and it was received by your company on 1st November yet I still have not had a refund. The latest response I have had form an unspecified member of your company is 'that it has not arrived' I have shown then the tracking details from the mail service. Please can you find outwhat is going on in your company and refund me the order.
