This is beyond ridiculous! I guess an appliance care supervisor sent 2 technicians out to see if the washer really was broken. They showed up without calling AGAIN!!! . I was in my pajamas. They stayed in the basement and decided it wasn't broken and would say so. I DON'T CARE ANYMORE. i JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE IT. And I have spent hours AND HOURS on the phone. Presumably, this visit was to enable the customer care supervisor to charge me a restocking fee. FINE, CHARGE ME THE FEE. Just give me the rest of the money back. Please!!!
