This is in reference to a Keurig I purchased from Macys.com order date August 11, 2015, . The coffee maker was defective and returned to Mavy's using the label in the box.
I have still not received the refund. It has been more than 6 months. At one point the agent told me that refund was put on a giftcard and sent to me. I told her that i have not recieved any gift card. She confirmed that the card was not used and that she will cancel the gift card and process
