MOST respectfully my father was appointed as Electrician in Becham (Pakistan) , dated 15th November 1982 and served in said company with full satisfaction of superior till 2002. After merging of becham (pak) LTD with GLAXO WELCOME PAKISTAN LTD: my services were placed at the disposal of GLAXO WELCOME PAK LTD. moreover the authorities of Glaxo Pak LTD has illegally made my retirement by on 31st December,2013 by SHOEING FAKE DATE OF BIRTH i.e (1953). (INSTEAD OF MY ACTUAL DATE OF BIRTH (1956) with a remarks that according to company;s record you have attained superannuation age on 31-12-2013 stand retired from employment of the company. sir, my actual date of birth is 1956 as per my old new CNIC AND MY all document in this regard i was made several appeals for my reinstatement into service, as well as in Honorable NIRC lebour COURT, but my case is still nuder process in court. in light of above, it is stated that as per my date of birth i.e 1956 my retirement is due in 2016 but i was illegally retired from service in 2013 therefore , it requested that I may kindly be allowed 03 year back benefits of my monthly salary / bonus etc in the best interest of justice on humanitarian grounds. for this act of kindness I shall remain highly grateful to your kind honor and prayer for your long life prosperity YOUR SINCERELY FAZAL.
