Marvin sent a message to Dan Schulman President and CEO of PayPal Email Address that said:
This is my second e-mail convening this matter and I'm absolutely fumming !
I'am constantly having my funds put in to pending in my PayPal account and this is effecting my Ebay account which is detrememental to us both as I won't be selling as customers won't buy from people with bad feed back as you well know.
Also can't send the items without getting paid yet you get your
percentage straight away as do PayPal! and that's not really fair is it.
Please can you sort this out.
