Ryden chair is deliberately misleading when viewed on the
website it clearly states Chair Slipcover with all the information
about the chair as well as the skip cover, but when added to the basket
it is only for the slipcover. This is the most deceptive bait and switch
since there is no separation between the two or place to order each. On
11/28 the slipcover chair were advertised for $49.95 and when my wife
went to order, slipcover only. Today the price was raised to $89.95 with
the same description "Slipcover Chair" only to be told by a phone
operator that it is the slipcover only, DIRECTLY CONTRARY TO THE
DESCRIPTION SUPPLIED. As a result of you refusing to sell us this
combination as advertised on your website, right or wrong deliberately or
not you leave me no choice but to report this event and deception to the
Attorney General, BBB, and the Federal Trade Commission.
