This is the second email. A response would be appreciated. I have been waiting almost 4 weeks for your company to mail me a new atm card. The Rockford mich. branch said they had to mail it to corperate to mail to me because they dont have a postage machine. why dont they have one. sounds totally inefficient. and why dont dont I have my atm card yet. all I get from the bank is that they dont control the usps. A TOTAL PISS POOR ANSWER. There seems to no kind of customer service or customer care on your part. If you are true to your slogan of making life a 5/3 better I would appreciate some help in getting this issue resolved. thank yo david perry
