THIS IS THE WORST TELEPHONE COMPANY. MY HUSBAND IS A HEART PATIENT WITH CANCER AND MY MOTHER IS DYING. I CALLED TO HAE MY PHONE REPAIRED ON AUGUST 11, 2016. ON AUGUST 15TH A TECHNICAN CAME OUT AND DID NOT RING THE DOORBELL OR CALL ME ON THE PHONE. HE JUST LEFT A NOTE ON THE DOOR AND CLOSED THE TICKET. THIS IS THE NOTE HE LEFT "I FOUND THE TROUBLE TO BE A SHORT WIRE GOING INSIDE, IF YOU NOTICE YOU HAVE A PHONE NOT WORKING AND NEED IT PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!!!. THE COSED THE TICKET. I SPENT 5 HOURS YESTERDAY TRING TO GET SOME TO COME OUT ON THE 15TH. NO LUCK. ANOTHER REPAIR ORDER FOR AUST 16TH. CALLED. DO NOT KNOW IF THEY CAN MAKE IT TODAY. BEING IT IS 3:00PM, I DOUBT IT. I AM STILL WITHOUT SERVICE. OBVIOUSLY, I AM VERY UPSET AND FURIOUS. NEW APPT. NOW IT IS FOR THURSDAY, AUGUST 18. MY HUSBAND HAS AN EXTREME MEDICAL CONDITION (ONLY REASON WE EVEN HAVE A LANDLINE) AND IT IS A WEEK WITHOUT PHONE SERVICE.
