Dixie sent a message to Rodney McMullen – Chief Executive Officer of The Kroger Co. email address that said:
This is truly a last ditch effort to get someone's attention. Since the Kroger store opened in our small town of Jasper, GA, I've been a loyal shopper, for numerous reasons.
No more.
I have responded to number "50 extra fuel points" surveys, but, very apparently, NO ONE is reading them. Our local store started a downhill decline about a year ago, and the descent has only gained momentum. I've continued to shop there because I know HOW to shop there and because of the relatively competitive prices.
NO MORE.
Now, the store is a disaster. Stock shortages everywhere, as in big empty holes where stock is supposed to be. Spilled food on the shelves. Just plain nasty.
Friday afternoon, and only ONE checkout lane open.
I'm done. Until and unless there's a MAJOR overhaul of this store, I'm DONE!!!!
