Has there been another card sent out with the last four of 3009? My husband had to take my card today because his card has been declined for the last week. His card ends in last four of 4706.
I looked on line and it says to manage debit card 3009. We do not have a card ending in 3009. His card ending in 4706 did not expire until 2019!!
So yesterday, when trying to reach a HUMAN on the phone via your loop of a "customer service" line (LOLOL!!! Customer Service )
It would not let me reach anyone, cancelled my husbands card ending in 4706 and issuing YET ANOTHER CARD!!!
Do you know how many direct payments we have attached to those cards???
AND IF YOU WERE GOING TO ISSUE A NEW CARD 3 YEARS PRIOR TO EXPIRATION...should we NOT HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED???
