This is why I stopped shopping at DICKs this year: Your customer rewards program is really bad. Like, its really bad. Who ever developed manages that process needs to go find other work. I used to pay full retail at DICKs to get those points. Then I discovered that the points are essentially useless: There is a super long list (in super tiny print) of excluded items . Every single time I tried to use my points, every one of the items I wanted, was excluded. Also, the employees act like I am interrupting their socializing in order to assist me. So, If Im not getting any real loyalty points, and since Im not going to get any assistance at the point of sale, I fired DICKs and I now use Amazon Prime for all my fishing, hunting, boating and sportswear needs, and Amazon really impresses me. If you had a real customer loyalty program, maybe you would have more loyal customers.
