This mail is in accordance with the twitter interaction we had. Submitted my 3 month old motoG5+ at the Gariahat,Kolkata, West Bengal ,India service centre of Lenovo Motorola on 29.7.2017(scanned documents attached). However after repeated visits for 3 weeks they could not changed the depressed power key which they told is under the ambit of warranty. Finally they returned the set on August 19,owing to uncertainty.(Mr.Arijit and Mr.Sambaran were the contact person there).My petition here is due to the disappointment regarding the problem faced and the harassment meted to us as a devoted consumer of Motorola.Kindly refurbish my handset or replace it at the earliest possible date and prevent me to knock the doors of Consumer Affairs department via legal channels.Hope you have respect for your esteemed brand and consumer experience. Oblige me with the way ahead.
