This matter has gone too far and I need this taken care of today as I am done getting hung up on and being told lie’s – so I hope someone cares from Kohls and reaches out to me to correct this issue.
I am sure that no one really cares any more from Kohls.com, but I have to keep trying. I am trying to get in touch with some one that can help me! Customer care has been very rude and giving me stories and excuses over and over again. I would like to get in touch with some one that will be able to give me the real story that happened and give me my product or refund. Just as an FYI I have many things that I have bought from Kohls and I will be returning everything and not going back if this issue is not resolved today! I was told that I would have my product by 12/8/16 and then again on 12/15/16 and still no product. Then Aaron (a manager from Kohls.com customer care) told me that if I do not have my product by 12/15/16 that Kohls would ship it out VIA next day air on their dime and now I am being told that they are out of stock but I cannot get a refund until the case that is open gets closed! this is not OK with me. I have gave Kohls customer care many things that are similar in price as an exchange (so I would get that instead of the ripstick) but I am being told that they cannot do that which is fine! BUT I will be contacting the BBB and the attorney General today if this matter is not taken care of today!
