Joe sent a message to Mr. Gabriel Tirador, President of Mercury General Corporation- email address that said:
This message is about fraud, abuse, and ethics. I am a Mercury policyholder and was involved in a mishap in Sep. 2016. I have spoken with numerous employees and managers and been completely frustrated and disappointed at the end of our conversation. Each time when it became apparent that our conversation was going nowhere, I asked to speak with someone in leadership. No one knew the difference between leadership and their supervisor. I would like to speak with someone who you recommend to resolve my perceived fraud, abuse and ethics issues, I have with your company. Like most CEO's I doubt that you are aware of these perceived issues but I believe you have leaders who can resolve my concerns.
