Mr. Bartholomew never ceases to amaze in his over-and-beyond the call of duty service he provides. Mr. Bartholomew takes the time and makes the effort to make sure that all the details are worked out for me, prior to my arriving for a stay at the NYNY, Las Vegas. I always know that my stay will be exceptional because of Mr. Bartholomews professional and guest-oriented service. I cannot thank Mr. Bartholomew enough for his amazing skills in treating me with respect and going out of his way to make sure the stay is well worth the drive and play ! If and when I am lucky enough to see Mr. Bartholomew during my stay(s), he is extremely pleasant, stopping whatever he is doing, and gives his undivided attention! His genuine concern and helpfulness are very much appreciated... time and time again!
