This morning I was aboard flight 1137 from Boston to Detroit.
The captain introduced himself to the passengers on the aircraft standing in front of the cockpit, which I thought was a very nice touch being up front and personal.
After the flight had landed I happen to being walking on the jetway next to the captain and we struck up warm conversation about seeing the face behind the voice.
I asked if this was SOP he informed me not really.
I think this speaks volumes about your company and employees.
I definitely will choose Jetblue when future travel arrangement need to be made.
Keep up the great experences from the check in counter too the aircraft.
