I have attempted FOUR TIMES to get help with explaining where this order is.
I love your Indian call center policy of putting people on extended hold ( 54.7 minutes and counting right now) while “attempting to find a supervisor”, hoping that they will hang up.
My daughter got a gift card from her grandfather for Christmas, was excited to place an order, and weve been lied to and strung along with stupid errors, lies, and devious tactics since then.
I AM NOT GOING AWAY, and at this point there needs to be compensation made to her for the unreasonable and unacceptable amount of time that this has taken. At a minimum, she is owed another gift card in the same denomination, for her “inconvenience”, as your people keep calling it.
Ill be waiting for a response and contacting you non-stop until I receive one.
