Eknath Ullikashi sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung email address that said:
This refers to very unsatisfactory service being provided by Samsung India. For the past one year I have been writing to CEO for replacement of TV UA46H7000ARLXL since they have failed to provide the part required(display panel) to service my TV. The part is not available during the designed life of TV (display failed with in one and half year of purchase). Hence, I am requesting for replacement TV or full refund.
CEO office at India is not going in to the matter and simply reverting with generic replies. I have not been using the TV for last one year after paying for so called high end tv with Samsung brand with additional 2 years insurance on it.
Request your intervention in providing justice to your Indian customer.
