and when I finally got thru to another time was transferred to an supervisor line which when she called me back another day later she was very RUDE,,from the Youngstown Office, I do not ever want her to dial my Number again,,, was the number she called me from,,...I finally talked to a young lady from Massillon ,Oh she said my trash would be picked up today it was a lil while later, and I tld her I wanted My trash picked up on tue ,wed , or thurs,, as I never has issues on these days like my Friday pick up day an Never picked up on Sat like they said . She said she would get with a supervisor an call me back,,SHE DID he told her I must not have an Address on my house or Mailbox,,I fucking Exploded,,I've never had a trash problem until Massillon started getting my Trash,,ANd I told her he is full of shit, I want my Trash picked up on Tue ,Wed Thur, or I'll change providers As Republic is not the only Company out there,, Trucks up an down my Street almost every day and today there where 3 that I saw...Wed..??? HMMM then later this Afternoon I got a call from.Sharon, she tried to explane my issues to me an did not try to cover up your company's failure to get my trash,, she went to Google Earth an saw my Mailbox an where I set my trash cans and then she saw where your Drivers are on my road on Monday an friday and could not tell me why I see them any other time,, She said she would get back with me,,,, She was great,,,
I would still like to Hear from your CEO,, Mr. Don Slager,,as I'm a Disabled American Veteran and I refuse to be treated like shit,,or told I'm not capable of putting my address out there,,I served for over 20 years an Logistics is a very god subject for me,,If I did not Do my JOB PEOPLE DIED,,,nuff said,, So Trash Should not be this hard to handle,,, Please Have Mr. Slager Contact me THX
