This will more than likely be one of many emails I will have to send – Mark Parker email address

Curtis sent a message to Mark Parker President and CEO, Nike, Inc. that said:

This will more than likely be one of many emails I will have to send to finally reach you but I can not just sit back and let this continue to happen. I have worn Nike products since forever and I have had my first problem with a Jordan retro 11 shoe that I purchased. Of course not the typical air max, dunk, or air force1 but a quite high priced item. in knowing that when I purchase a item that is 200.00 I don't think its much to expect great quality. I received the shoes in the mail today which is April 15, 2015 and what terrible craftsmanship was done. There is literally a FINGERPRINT under the patent leather and I can see the glue when the shoe was put together and it is a smudge on them all on that one side. Clearly this shoe should not have passed inspection. I want the shoe so a refund is not what im looking for I either need them repaired, I need a new shoe or something to make me forget about the 200.00 I sent on a defected item. I called the nike hotline but they cant do anything and I was told no other managers talked to customers outside of that specific building. I honestly would like the shoe repaired
