this year I was in your northgate plaza office in Rochester n. y. to settle my mothers estate and I would like to tell you how unprofessional or don't know or don't care attitude the people in charge of the bank have. I wanted to do a wire transfer and called and said I would be in on a Saturday, drove 2 hrs. to find out that you couldn't do it that day. then I went back another day, and the senior personal banker said why me and why do you want to pay that fee to do that! then there was a money market account that wasn't in the estate account that I got a statement of and their reply was that it had a hard hold on it. who did that? I just wanted you to know that I didn't appreciate that kind of service, it was bad enough my mother passing and having to deal with that. sincerely, phillip
