Having lived in Massachusetts all my life(over 60years)
I was fortunate to have choice with my cablevision provider. Moving to the gulf of FL. and visiting my daughter in MI. none. Having been in high end home furnishings,I appreciate these marketing decisions.Your the only game in town.
In brief,the customer service,is the worst I have ever experienced with any vendor.Seems like the back of the house is not keeping up with the front. both in personal,training,computer programs,outside contractors etc.. No accountability. I moved to Palm Harbor FL. mid Dec. 2016 and called brighthouse for install,set up a date and time window.They were a no show?? called brighthouse and there response was I didnt have an appt. 4 different installers later I had cable tv, but internet was weak on the 2nd floor.(new construction)I called Orlando service and he was just plain rude,said they had no booster, to go buy one.modem is not designed to send a strong signal to the 2nd floor? I asked him if he knew how may multi floor concrete constructed homes were in Pinellas county? I think this upset him because I later could not log in. Another call...different rep...my log in name had been changed to RED ??? I suppose this is an internal code for ?? I could go on and on about the service calls for 1 day late payment,you pay and the calls dont stop.please put the IT person on this. thank you for your availability of this email..today I called c.s. for your email and they hung up both times . really..
