Dear Sir:
Are you still the CEO of AOL.com? Every other week, as I try to open my AOL email account (which is connected with my Verizon phones) I get a crazy message that AOL requires my alternate email address and cell phone number. And then AOL rejects the information I in-put there. That MAY be because I do NOT have a cell phone...and my business phone and home phone do not seem to satisfy the AOL metrics. What the heck? How do I stop this incessant request of me for information that, when given, you all reject? This is NUTS!
